Quantum Beez is a pioneer in high performance computing, bioinformatics, grid computing, portal development, Linux, and open source based solutions. We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidates to join our team.

Java Application Developer / Java Programmer

(UPM-MTDC, Serdang)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain a web-based application using J2EE frame work under Linux Environment.
• Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade the application to support changes in the business environment.
• Assist in the project software development life-cycle.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Must have strong interest in software development, highly skilled in JAVA Programming, be able to deploy applications to the Linux Environments, and familiar with Apache Web Server and Tomcat.
• Preferred skill(s): Familiar with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) at least PostgresSQL & MySQL, and develop projects on the J2EE. platform.
• Experience using Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience in e-learning or any other education related application is an advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel overseas if required.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
